As the Managing Agent for Central Park on Preston Crossing Homeowner's Association, Inc. we are pleased to announce that a Annual Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for Wednesday, January 22nd, 2025 at 7:00PM. The in-person meeting will be held at the Haggard Library, Genealogy Room; however, this event is not sponsored by the Haggard Library. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the normal business of the Association and to present information on current Association affairs.
Enclosed in this packet you will find the draft agenda and a proxy. You may now cast your proxy electronically on your Association’s Website at www.centralparkonprestoncrossingshoa.com Even if you plan on attending it is important that you return your proxy or vote online as unforeseen circumstances may occur, preventing you from being able to attend. The Annual Meeting cannot be held unless quorum requirements are met. If a meeting must be reconvened for a later date, additional costs to the Association are incurred. If you cast your proxy vote online, please do not return a proxy or assign your proxy to another owner as it will not be counted. It is important that your Proxy be returned or completed online no later than 5:00pm on Tuesday, January 20th, 2025 in order for it to be counted.
